Our Leadership Team

Kim Zoller serves on the Advisory Board.  In parallel, she is CEO and Founder of ID360 (formerly Image Dynamics), whose client roster includes: GameStop, Dun & Bradstreet, Microsoft, Vans, Mattel, World Bank Group, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Toyota Financial Services, and Moët Hennessy.  Kim is also a contributor to MBA and law school programs at a variety of universities, including Columbia College-Fort Worth, The University of Texas at Austin, Southern Methodist University and Texas Christian University.  

She is co-author with Kerry Preston of three professional success books — “Enhancing Your Executive Edge: How to Develop the Skills to Lead and Succeed,” “You Did What?! The Biggest Blunders Professionals Make,” and “You Said What?! The Biggest Communication Mistakes Professionals Make.” 

John Peiser serves on the Advisory Board, after serving as one of the founding partners of the global CPA firm of Goldin Peiser & Peiser.  His unique experience in the business and financial arena extends more than 30 years. He provided specialized services in business strategy and consultation as well as business valuations. He was also involved in the firm’s technology and human resource issues and he works with the managing partner on the strategic and organizational functioning of the firm.

Shane Stein serves on the Advisory Board. In parallel, Shane serves as the Managing Director/Investments at Stifel Financial.  He joined Stifel in 2020, after more than a decade at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His team's practice focuses on wealth planning, investments, private banking, and corporate and nonprofit services. Prior to entering financial services, he worked in private equity and charter aviation, and has extensive experience in business strategies, sales, marketing, writing, and editing.  

Olga Koroleva serves on the Advisory Board. In parallel, Olga serves as CEO and Founder of Capital Brain.  She is a real estate entrepreneur, proponent of AI, and mountaineer whose mission is to harness the power of artificial intelligence to streamline real estate acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales.  

Previously, Olga helped build a business intelligence platform for a $5 billion multifamily REIT BRE Properties, set-up a reporting infrastructure for SBE Entertainment, and managed a workout of a $300 million multifamily portfolio for Redwood Mortgage.  

She was named Top-10 Women in CRE Tech, nominated for The Innovator of the Year Award by CREW, featured in real estate trade publications, co-authored research for academic journals, and has given invited talks at the corporate and real estate investment events including: Realcomm, Institutional RE Investment Forum, Draper Fintech Conferences, and at various Universities in California. 

Mordecai Klein, MD, FACC serves on the Advisory Board.  In parallel,  he is Founder and CEO of the Harmony Heart Group, and serves as a Principal Investigator at Cedar Health Research.  

• Dr. Klein is a seasoned board-certified cardiologist with 20+ years of clinical research experience and publications in Interventional Cardiology.  
• He has envisioned a data collection process with inputs/outputs to a sensor-array that aggregates all known physiologic and ambient parameters into a structured system-of-record that's continuously updated and data-mined to support outcomes in the healthcare and corporate workplace to enable people in their built environments to live and work at their highest potential. 

Ellen Scherer serves on the Advisory Board. In parallel, Ellen is a Partner at Emerson Management Group - focused on developing business process publications including Interactive Playbooks, Training Manuals,  and Operations Manuals. Previously, she served as Managing Director with CBRE’s Global Corporate Services, and other leadership positions:

• Alliance Director in CBRE's Global Corporate Services (GCS) as Executive Account Leader, Program Management Office, Portfolio Planning & Implementation.  
• SVP of Portfolio Planning, Implementation & Program Management for the AMEX: strategic planning and transaction management for global portfolio > 5.3 million SqFt owned space and 12.3 million SqFt, and leased space in ~1,300 locations.
• Prior to joining GCS team at CBRE, was VP with AMEX responsible for transaction management and global strategic planning.   

The Honorable Theodore (Ted) Carter serves on the Advisory Board.  In parallel, he served as Deputy Mayor for Community & Economic Development in the City of Baltimore, MD.  Prior to these roles he served with distinction as former:  

• Chief Economic Development & Business Officer of Cuyahoga County in Ohio; 
• Executive Director in Office of Economic Development for Jacksonville Florida; 
• Executive Managing Director for Public Institutions & Education Solutions at CBRE Group; 
• Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management Operations & Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Finance & Management in the US Department of the Treasury;
• Deputy Campaign Manager & COO of the Clinton/Gore 1996 Presidential Campaign.

Michael Wasserman serves on the Advisory Board.  In parallel, he is the Founder and "Executive Paradigm Synergist" for Cactus Reclamation Services - provides non-hazardous waste treatment, water reclamation, and waste management services to business and institutional clients throughout the United States. 

Michael is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys finding solutions to existing problems through the creation of new businesses and processes. Michael has an eclectic investment portfolio which includes industries such as waste management, banking, real estate and consulting to name a few. Michael earned his BBA and MSA with an emphasis in Management Science/OR from Southern Methodist University.
